Return and Exchange Policy
We aim to deliver the best shopping experience. Returns and exchanges are governed by the following guidelines:
Timeframe
Customers can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of order delivery.
Item Condition
- Products must be completely unused, unworn, in their original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories attached.
- A proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
Exempted Items
For health and hygiene reasons, personalized accessories or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exception: Items with manufacturing defects are eligible for return or exchange.
